1. Organizer of the competition

The competition is organized by a company Numiron s. r. o., with its registered office at Röntgenova 28, 851 01 Bratislava – Petržalka district, company ID: 53 076 834, VAT ID: 2121250736, VAT number: SK2121250736, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III (hereinafter referred to as „the Organizer“ or „Numiron“).

The competition is taking place on the social networks Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn as part of a paid marketing campaign organized by the organizer.

2. Duration of the competition and method of participation

The competition runs from 30.9.2026 at 9:00 until 1.10.2026 at 9:00 (hereinafter referred to as the „competition period“).

The competition is part of the organizer’s marketing campaign and is promoted on the social networks Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. To participate in the competition, the participant will do the following: by scanning the QR code (provided in the organizer’s promotional materials) that will redirect them to the organizer’s landing page, and subsequently by filling out the „Your Tip“ form, in which they will state:

• your estimate (tip) of the monthly accounting price excluding VAT,

• company name and business ID number,

• name and surname of the contact person,

• email address,

• phone number (optional),

and at the same time consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the competition (mandatory) and, if applicable, consent to receiving news from Numiron (optional, according to the settings of the form).

Each company (identified with a business ID number) may participate in the competition only once. Multiple submitted tips with the same business ID number are considered valid if the last submitted tip is the only one that is valid. 

3. Conditions of participation

The competition is intended exclusively for business companies with legal form. s. r. o. (limited liability company) based in Slovakia. The company is entered into the competition by an individual over the age of 18 who is authorized to act on its behalf or is an employee/associate of the company authorized to perform this action.

Professionals (natural persons – entrepreneurs), organizations with a legal form other than a. s. r. o., as well as companies based outside the Slovak Republic, are excluded from the competition.

Employees and statutory representatives of the organizer and the companies cooperating with it (e.g., the agency cooperating on the campaign) as well as their close relatives within the meaning of Article 116 of the Civil Code are excluded from the competition.

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

4. Victory and its alternative

The main prize in the competition is 6 months of accounting services in Numiron for free, That is, within the usual monthly range of documents, namely up to 5 issued invoices, 7 received invoices, 3 cash register blocks, and 15 bank transactions per month. Documents exceeding this range are calculated according to the current Numiron price list.

The winner can choose instead of the main prize alternative of 2 hours of tax or business advisory. The choice between the main prize and the alternative is up to the winner and must be delivered to the organizer.  5 working days from the announcement of the winnings.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other material value.

5. Determination and announcement of the winner

The winner is the participant whose tip on the monthly accounting prize in Numiron (excluding VAT) comes closest to the actual price, which will be revealed live during the LinkedIn Live broadcast on October 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

If several participants provided a similar, equally accurate tip, the time of submission of the form decides the winner – the participant who submitted their tip first wins.
The actual prize amount and the name of the winner will be announced live during the LinkedIn Live broadcast on the day. 1. 10. 2026 at 9:00. The winner will then be contacted via the email provided in the form.

If the organizer does not contact the winner or if the winner does not respond to the invitation 48 hours from the moment it is sent, the right to win is extinguished and the organizer is entitled to draw a substitute.

6. Awarding of the prize

After confirming the winner's details, the organizer will arrange for the winner's account to be set up with Numiron and the winnings (whether the main prize or the chosen alternative) activated no later than within the timeframe specified in the terms and conditions. 14 days from confirmation.

The winner is obliged to provide the cooperation necessary to withdraw the prize (e.g., basic information about the company). If the winner does not provide the cooperation within a reasonable period, the organizer is entitled to cancel the prize.

The winnings are subject to the terms of the normal use of the Numiron service (General Business Terms and Conditions of Numiron) and do not constitute any further ongoing claims after the expiry of the winning period.

7. Processing of personal data

By participating in the competition, the participant acknowledges that their personal data (in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address, and, if applicable, company name) will be processed by the organizer as the controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, for the purpose of organizing the competition, identifying and contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the competition and subsequently for a period of 12 months from its termination, unless the law provides otherwise.

The participant has the right to access their personal data, to correct, delete, restrict processing, and other rights under the GDPR. Details about the processing of personal data are provided in Numiron’s privacy policy – https://numiron.sk/gdpr/

8. Final provisions

The organizer reserves the right to change these terms at any time, shorten the competition, suspend it or cancel it without giving a reason, even during its duration.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions. There is no legal claim to the prize, and it cannot be claimed in court.

These terms and conditions are governed by the legal system of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes related to the competition will be resolved primarily by agreement, otherwise they are within the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Slovak Republic.

These conditions take effect on the day of publication 29.9.2026.
