What's behind the different user roles?

Invoicing - role only authorizes invoicing Invoicing plus - role authorizes invoicing, uploading expenses and tracking account balance Economist - role authorizes user to complete invoicing, track bank balances, business account balances, graphical views Admin - all the above options plus adding users, changes, deleting, etc.

I was unable to load the QR code of the receipt into Numiron. How should I proceed?

Please make sure that you have switched to the second tab - Blocks - in the Expenses section and that you have not uploaded a block to the Invoices Received section. Also please make sure that the receipt is legible, has not been scanned creased etc. In case of persistent problems, please contact us at info@numiron.sk

I'm not interested in using my Numiron account, but I don't see anywhere to delete it?

This option is not available for security reasons. If you wish to completely delete your account, please contact us from the address that is listed in your Numiron account by email to info@numiron.sk

Invoices received are shown as unpaid in Numiron, even though I record the payment on my bank statement. How to correct this?

It is possible that you have paid the invoices by card, or the variable symbol is missing on the payment, or your supplier does not have an IBAN saved and therefore Numironnevie does not automatically pair invoices. You can pair payments manually, under Finance, by clicking on the orange exclamation mark to the right of the payment amount. This will expand a menu of potential documents to pair. You can add a relevant document by clicking the plus icon on the left. As a last resort, you can select the invoice in the invoice list, and enter the Pay option at the bottom - this is a manual entry that is not linked to the bank statement.

Where can I find the QR code scanning zone for incoming invoices and receipts?

In the Expenses section you choose to upload the received invoice or receipt, then a window opens where you have a space in the middle or so to drag the file with your mouse or upload the file from a directory on your PC. There can only be one QR code on the document, file format only pdf or jpeg.

From which banks can I authorize a bank account and link it to Numiron?

Currently the following banks support open banking: the Tatra bank, SLSP, VÚB, ČSOB, FIO bank, Raiffeisen Bank and UniCredit Bank.

Can I also upload invoices/receipts and pay them directly from Numiron?

Received invoices as well as receipts can be uploaded to Numiron by scanning the QR code. If you have an account with Tatra banka, you can pay them directly from Numiron, if you have an account with another bank, you can pay the invoices again by loading the QR code.

How do I know if my invoice has been paid?

If you authorise your bank account, you will see all your bank transactions in the Bank section. The payment received from your customer will automatically be paired and you will see a green "Paired" icon next to the amount. This way you will have an overview of which invoices you have paid and which ones you have not.

How do I issue a new invoice?

You can issue an invoice in several ways. We have clearly discussed all of them in the video tutorial How to issue an invoice correctly.

What should I set up first after logging into Numiron?

To make it as easy as possible for you to set up your Numiron account, we have prepared blog tutorials as well as video tutorials where we detail all the options, filters and settings that will make your work in Numiron more convenient and efficient. You will find everything you need in the Tutorials section of our website. We recommend starting with What I set up first in Numiron and then continuing with How do I authorise my bank account. Anything that you are having trouble with and haven't found the answer in the tutorials we will be happy to help you resolve and set up by phone or email.

How does it work? How can I buy Numiron?

Numiron is a service and it is very easy to purchase. However, we offer you a useful benefit before you buy it. For up to 90 days, you can use Numiron in the highest possible package completely free of charge. This will give you plenty of time to familiarise yourself with its functionality and set up your work in Numiron to meet all your requirements. Simply register on our site and you can start working in Numiron immediately. Before the 90 days are up, you will receive an email notifying you that the trial period is coming to an end and you will be given the opportunity to choose the service package that best suits your type of business. All service packages can be found in the Price List on our website.

How do I upgrade to a higher service package if needed?

You can upgrade at any time. Just let us know what date you want to start using the higher package and we'll take care of everything else. You will receive an invoice from us for the pro-rata portion of the higher service package.

Can I put your invoice on my books?

Of course, the invoice for our services is a tax document and you can include it in your costs.
